As we have promised, the official release of the best third-party SSIS library is here. We would like to thank those customers who are already running the new release on their production machines, for the trust they have put behind our effort. The library is available for download here.

The new release includes 11 new components. In addition to that we are also releasing SSIS+ 1.3 for SQL Server 2008. We are the first third-party company to support the recently released SQL Server 2008 platform. The cost of the perpertual license for the new 1.3 release is set at $499.95. The cost of the premium support option and CozyRoc SSIS+ Ultimate Package remain the same.

Here is list of fixes and changes between Beta 5 and the official release:

• Script Task Plus: compatibility fixes for the official SQL Server 2008.
• SSH Connection Manager: changed not to require pass-phrase when authenticating with key file.
• SSH Connection Manager: changed to store RSA/DSA keys in the machine key store. The previous version failed when running under SQL Server Job Agent using proxy account (thank you Tim, for your patience).
• FTPS Connection Manager: implemented support for FTP and HTTP proxy.

We have released Beta 5 of CozyRoc SSIS+ 1.3 . It includes small fixes to the licensing code and OpenPGP Task. The major difference is the inclusion of Script Task Plus and Data Flow Task Plus in SSIS+ 1.3 for SQL Server 2008. We will spare you the gory details, but say it was quite challenging technical feat to accomplish. We are happy to have these powerful components as part of the soon-to-be official SSIS+ 1.3 release.

We have released Beta 4 of CozyRoc SSIS+ 1.3 . It includes a long awaited support for FTP over SSL (FTPS). The new FTPS Connection Manager supports both Explicit and Implicit FTPS connections. We have also updated the SFTP Task to include support for the new FTPS connections.

We have released Beta 3 of CozyRoc SSIS+ 1.3 . The release includes new component for reading and processing of EDI format files. The release includes also a fix where the OpenPGP Task failed to decrypt packages, which were both encrypted and signed.

Released CozyRoc SSIS+ 1.2 SR-3 (1.2.103.0). The installation of this SR is recommended because it resolves major integration issues in BIDS. This release includes following major changes:

• Fixed: Copy-And-Paste of Script Task Plus caused task failures.
• Fixed: Data Flow Destination component failed without defined SignalEnd property.
• Fixed: Crash when browsing SignalEnd property of Data Flow Destination component in standard ‘Properties’ grid.
• Implemented Data Flow Source component support a synchronization variable, controlling when to start processing data.
• Fixed: Crash when opening Analysis Services project in BIDS.

We have released Beta 2 of CozyRoc SSIS+ 1.3 . The release includes new components for communication with Jabber clients and management of Stream objects. The release includes also fix for the OpenPGP Task not reporting enough information when having an error.

Just posted Beta 1 of CozyRoc SSIS+ 1.3 . The release includes new components for public-key cryptography encryption using OpenPGP standard, components for connection with Amazon S3 service and components for bulk-loading of data in the major databases on the market: Oracle, DB2, Informix. • Implemented option in SFTP task to specify if remote path is a wildcard or not.
• Fixed SFTP task to provide cleaner errors description.
